We will be running a live-only conference. This means that we will not be soliciting recorded talks. Instead, authors are asked to present their work live, whether in-person or remote. All footage will be streamed, and we have arranged the program to accommodate time-zones. Note that failure to show up in time for your session will result in non-inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Talks will last 10 minutes, directly followed by 5 minutes Q&A. All authors are also invited to present their posters in-person at the interactive sessions.
For in-person presenters: To facilitate the streaming, we would like to collect all slide-decks on a centralized computer. We ask you to send us your file in powerpoint or PDF format (by emailing our Presentation Chair email@example.com by Nov. 1).
For remote presenters: We will be running a short briefing session for all remote presenters on Nov. 1, 16:00 GMT. You will be sent an invite in due course.
All authors are invited to present their posters in-person at our interactive sessions. Please let our Registration Chair know whether you plan on bringing a poster (by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by Oct 22). Posters have to fit within a panel of size 1810 x 923 mm (portrait format).
